LARGE VENUE HIRE - UP TO 72 PEOPLE
AVAILABLE FOR SHOWS, REHEARSALS, PRIVATE PARTYS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS ETC
Adaptable styles - conference, theatre or clear space
Free WiFi
Access to venue sound system
Seating for up to 74 people (Including 1 wheelchair space and carer seat)
SHOW PRODUCTION
25/75% net split in producers favour - (includes bar and box office staff plus basic house sound and lighting system)
Producer is responsible for their own public liability
Producer must provide all licenses for performance (including show, insurance and child where applicable)
Licensed Chaperones must be in place where children are involved in a performance
Any damages incurred to the theatre or its equipment
Additional hire charges for the following:
Head Mics (max 6) £10 per mic / Damages to be paid for at cost
Hand held radio mics (max 3) / £10 per mic / Damages to be paid for at cost
Projector £30 a day
Lighting or Qlab programming (on request)
Online Box Office (if required) booking fees, unless passed on to customer plus VAT - TicketSource
HIRE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ENTIRELY AT THEATRE OWNERS DISCRETION
All licences for Children and production, PRS, insurance policies and public liability must be in place and presented to theatre prior to performance
