This reduces the performance space to approximately 5ft depth x 18ft width (on stage space) and a further 4ft width on either side (on stage - behind tabs) wing space

Hire Fee
- The hire is a one-off charge of £100 plus VAT (Theatre Hire Offer).
- All deals are subject to additional charges if required.
- Use of the in-house sound system (for your technician to tie into).
- Use of the in-house lighting system.
- Head microphones (max. 6): £10 per mic (damage charged at cost).
- Handheld radio microphones (max. 4): £10 per mic (damage charged at cost).
- Lighting/sound operator: £120 per show (must be booked at the time of contract).
- Online Box Office (TicketSource):
- Neverland Theatre’s box office is run through TicketSource, an external online booking platform.
- If the Producer chooses to utilise this facility, we will charge the cost amount payable to TicketSource.
- Current fees are 7% + VAT per paid booking, with a minimum fee of £0.25 + VAT.
- These charges are passed directly on to the customer at point of sale.
- Please note: ticket sales processed via our system are subject to 20% VAT. If the Producer is not VAT registered, we advise setting up their own TicketSource account, which we can then link to the theatre website.
Auditorium Seating Set Up
For those using their own box office, the auditorium has a fixed seating capacity of 96 seats plus 1 wheelchair space, arranged as follows:
- Row A: 1–18, plus 1 wheelchair space (A0)
- Row B: 1–18
- Row C: 1–18
- Row D: 1–18
- Row E: 1–22
- VIP Box: 2 seats
Bar Service
- The licensed bar will open up to one hour before the performance (depending on door times) and during the interval.
- The bar will remain closed during the performance.
Marketing and Publicity
- Once advertising and box office are set up, the Producer must email all relevant information to office@neverlandtheatre.co.uk so that it can be added to the theatre website.
- Information must include:
- Publicity materials (posters, images, press releases, etc.)
- Performance dates and times, including door opening times (e.g., 30 minutes or 1 hour prior to start time)
- Ticket prices and concessions
- A description of the show
- Any age restrictions or content advisories
- Booking/box office link(s)
- Social media links and hashtags
- While Neverland Theatre will support the production by displaying materials and listing it on our website, the responsibility for ticket sales rests with the Producer.
- Please note: the seating capacity is 96 plus 1 wheelchair space.
Licensing, Insurance and Legal Responsibilities
- The Producer is responsible for their own public liability insurance and for any damage incurred to the theatre or its equipment.
- The Producer is responsible for securing and paying for any PRS licences where required.
- The Producer must ensure that all relevant licences are in place, including:
- Performance rights/licences for the show
- Child performance licences (where applicable)
- Insurance documentation
- All required documentation must be provided to the theatre in advance of the performance date.
- Where children are involved in a production, licensed chaperones must be present at all times.
- Risk assessments must be completed and provided before the performance.
General Conditions
- Hire is subject to availability and entirely at the discretion of the theatre owners.
- The hire fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation by the Producer.
- Once this agreement is signed, an invoice will be issued. Full payment of the hire fee is required before advertising may begin or promotional materials are accepted by the theatre.
- The Producer agrees to pay the hire fee and any additional charges as determined by the Neverland Theatre, and to abide by all conditions and regulations of hire.
- We strongly recommend that the Producer arrange suitable insurance to cover cancellation, public liability, and company property, as these are not included in the theatre hire.
- The use of fire, pyrotechnics, or any naked flame is strictly prohibited on stage or within the theatre.
